Mr. Naresh Sharma is a veteran in Coal and
Coke arena by virtue of his long association
with Friends Coal Carbonisation of which
he used to be an enthusiastic partner. In
1991 he promoted Balaji Coke Industry Private
Limited, a Company, which handles imported
coal over a million ton per annum. As a
torchbearer, for Balaji Group, he has been
brushing shoulders with coal, coke and allied
industries for a considerable length of
time. Under his dynamic leadership, the
group joined hands with Shanxi Antai Group
Co. Ltd., the largest manufacturers of Coke
in China to introduce the stamping method
in the Beehive Technology. The project set
up at Gandhidham under the name of Antai
Balaji Ltd., has a coke manufacturing capacity
of 1.80 Lacs tons per annum. He is handling
important portfolios like Marketing, Raw
Material and Finance of group Companies.

Mr. Ramesh Sharma has remarkably achieved
success in quality measures and Research
and Development work. Under his superlative
administrative capabilities, the group companies
have attained huge savings in cost and energy
& wide business and production activities.
With dreams to achieve the highest production
of coke in India he has undertaken huge
project tasks to construct coke ovens at
Dhanbad, Gandhidham (Kandla) & Vishakhapatnam.
His spirit has contributed greatly to the
formation of a whole team of adventurous
and hard working and high quality staff.
In addition, he also set up a complete set
of management system including Quality Control,
Cost Control, Equipment Control and Field
Control.

Mr.
Deepak Sharma is a young dynamic and energetic
entrepreneur who has given a big boost to
young employees and has created a congenial
work environment. With his support the team

Marketing, where selling is done on long-term
basis and not just as a spot booking. Apart
from coke marketing, Mr. Deepak looks after
entire operations of Gandhidham factory
i.e. Antai Balaji Ltd.
